Ingredients:

• 2 oz aged rum
• 1 oz blue curaçao
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• Champagne to top
• Edible glitter (silver or gold)
• Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the aged rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake well until chilled.
