Ingredients:
2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz honey syrup
0.5 oz Crème de Violette
6-8 fresh mint leaves
Club soda to top
Ice
Mint sprig and lemon wheel for garnish
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the mint leaves with the honey syrup to release the mint oils.
Add the Empress 1908 Gin, fresh lemon juice, and Crème de Violette to the shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
